Established in 1970 by Mr. John Wood and Mr. Ernest Mott. Wood & Mott began life in a small cellar below a News Agents in Colchester Essex. The pair started to refurbish antique furniture to sell back to antique dealers in London. After great success the pair then grew the business moving to much larger premises and by creating their own designs and running their own catalogue of traditional style Furniture.
By showcasing their designs at many trade shows across Europe the client base grew with them until they were supplying the finest pieces of furniture across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
