Buy quality reuse furniture and electrical household items at a fraction of the cost - all proceeds go to charity. Many of the items of furniture and electrical items which we discard from households are in good working order - tens of thousands of items of re-usable furniture are sent to landfill in the UK every day. It is important that we reuse these items where possible or recycle them if they are not fit for reuse.
The project operates by collecting donations of household items from the public locally, free of charge. The items are inspected, and where required, refurbished to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards. Items are then resold in our retail premises in Dundee and Perth. Any profits made go to supporting the work of the Parent charity Transform Community Development.
Low prices are charged to offset the project's operational costs and are not reflective of the value of the item being sold. Customers visit Transform's retail outlet where they are free to select the items they want and need to help make a house their home.

I was living in a house with hardly any furniture.
I was referred to Transform in the morning, picked my living-room and bedroom furniture from the showroom at lunch time and had it delivered to my house by 3 o'clock.

Transform could not continue to provide vital services for vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness without the generous and kind support of our donors.
However much you give and in whatever way you can be assured that the most vulnerable local people will benefit.
More and more people have decided to make donations on a regular basis.
Regular giving is a way of making a continuous donation direct from your bank account to ours.
All donations make a huge difference and with regular giving, in most cases, gift aid can be claimed on top of the donation making the annual value even higher.
