Good quality furniture needs specialist carriers to move and install it successfully.
The best method to do this is by blanket wrapping, and most general delivery / courier firms are unable to do this.
These couriers often have limits on size, weight, and value of goods they are prepared to carry.
It is usual therefore for furniture suppliers to either operate their own delivery service or employ specialist furniture movers, or a combination of both.

To seat 4 you need a diameter of at least 90cm, to seat 6 at least 120cm, to seat 8 at least 150cm.
When measuring the space, don't forget to add in 90cm all round for the space required to push back, and rise from a chair.
Measure the available space - width and length - and subtract 180cm from both to check the maximum comfortable table size.
Square tables have the same capacity, are equally sociable, and have extra serving space compared to a round table.
