This warranty covers normal domestic use only, commercial use is not covered; it does not cover faults caused by, wilful damage, neglect, misuse, inappropriate cleaning, accidental damage.

An open fire, or radiator, etc. can cause distortion in the wood which will not be covered under this guarantee.
