Our constantly changing stock ranges from 17th Century Oak to Reproduction Yew and Mahogany and brand new pieces from only the finest designers. The Hearne family have lived in the area since the fifteenth century and have been making and selling furniture since at least 1840.
To this day, we are still very much a family run business and enjoy playing our part in the local community. We source new furniture pieces only from carefully chosen designers in the UK and also place great emphasis on creating our own reproduction furniture and restoring antique items using traditional methods and techniques wherever possible. Our craftsmen are skilled in hand planing techniques, which enhance the grain and reveals the natural beauty of the most attractive hardwoods in new and restored pieces.
