Founder of WoodGoods, David Bryant has a reputation for excellent service, skill and creativity. Every piece of furniture is made by hand, using traditional woodworking skills. His attention to detail, creative flair and passion for working with wood have seen him sought out by individuals, schools and businesses alike. WoodGoods is based in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, in the scenic market town of Otley.
David sources most of his wood locally, unless you request otherwise. WoodGoods is happy to work with reclaimed wood or upcycle your current furniture. From conception to completion, you can have as much or as little involvement in the design of your bespoke piece of furniture or unique gift - all included as part of our service. WoodGoods ensures we are adhering to government guidelines at all times.

We can come up with a design from scratch, or work to a design that you already have in mind.
We can build most types of furniture, including: tables, stools, cupboards, wall mounted shelving, free standing shelving, desks, beds (including cabin beds), fire surrounds, TV stands, and bespoke gifts such as lined boxes (personally engraved).
