To get work in London it was also essential to have central London telephone number.
I managed to do this by renting a desk in Nottingham Street, W1 to put an answer machine on.

We own a Grade II* listed Queen Ann house and asked Claude to design and build several book cases, a pantry and a cabinet to hide our electrical panel. We specifically asked Claude to design the bookcases to look as if they had always been in the house. The end product looks fabulous and we could not be more pleased. Claude picked up the details from the mouldings elsewhere in the rooms and as a consequence, it looks as if the bookcases have been there for years. The pantry similarly looks beautiful and is very practical. Claude also provided excellent customer service by coming out again to repair some minor blemishes to the skirting of one bookcase. He also drilled additional holes for the shelving in a couple of the bookcases to provide us with more flexibility in the height of the shelves. My only caution is that Claude is busy and demands superior skills from his staff. He therefore can find himself understaffed and as a consequence, one must be patient regarding delivery. But it is worth the wait.

We recently purchased a bespoke bookcase from Claude Clemaron and are very impressed with the quality of the final piece - it is exactly what we wanted. Claude is friendly and professional and worked closely with us to ensure that the bookcase met our requirements in terms of style, size and budget. We would thoroughly recommend him and would certainly return should we require any other bespoke pieces of furniture in the future.
