The company was established in 1980 by Nick Pile, a local man with a passion for engineering and a love for woodwork.
Along with a small team of dedicated craftsmen, Nick set about producing handmade furniture from a converted barn on Chart Farm near Sevenoaks.
His ethos was simple; to produce high quality products that last.
Nick's vision held the company in good stead, and with a quickly growing order book he soon realised he needed someone else to help.
