We don't take on custom designs, however we can make minor changes such as leaving the worktop uncut, removing doors.
We have many designs available on our website, we also sell the Light Weight Ply so you can modify the units to suit.
Yes, we can make any unit to fit a Left Hand Drive T5/6, just request this in the notes at the time of order.
Our T5/6 units are designed to fit standard vans with 15mm floor.
We can adapt them to suit T5/6 with twin sliding doors and thicker floor, just let us know in the customer notes section.

These designs are the same units we use in our own conversions, these kits are suitable for converters who have experience in furniture manufacture and construction.
Compared to our standard kit the Pro range includes a number of upgrades.
1 - Satin Aluminium corner profiles.
2 - Soft close drawer runners.
3 - pre applied edge banded edges ( knock on T trim is only used on worktop or curved parts).
4 - EvoMatic self locking catches.
5 - Often more drawers are included but this depends on the design.

Depending on which type of roof you have on your van will affect the type of locker you need to choose.
If your van has an elevating roof then you will need to choose a locker that fits your brand of roof, this is straight forward with most of the established roof brands such as genuine Reimo, SCA and Hilo roofs.
Most other UK roofs are based upon the Reimo roof, either being direct copies or using a similar type of roof frame and scissor hinge mechanism.
Most of the time our standard Reimo roof locker will work with these roofs ( Poptops Uk, Skyline etc. ) but othertimes they won't fit because the roof frame is a different size or it has been installed and panelled differently.

There'a huge range of different types of seat/ mechanisms available in the UK most of them are variations on the rock n roll beds like Smart beds, Canons forge etc. all of these beds vary slightly in the size and how the bed panels will fit.
We would recommend fitting the bed after the furniture has been installed so that you can centre the bed between the side of the van and the furniture units but also so that you have space to install the furniture without having to work around the seat/ bed.
