Though influenced by bold shapes from the Art-Deco period, and the simplicity of early 20th century Scandinavian furniture, I aim always for unique and timeless qualities in my pieces. I make them to last a lifetime, and most importantly meet the visual aspirations of my clients.

I trained in furniture and cabinetmaking with Jonathan Markovitz Furniture near Wantage in Oxfordshire, where I learnt what it takes to reach excellence in craftsmanship.
The importance of precision and planning in the making were core in this, whilst learning to understand and work wood itself.
Simultaneously I developed my ability to challenge and refine designs, to push myself creatively whilst understanding and working within practical limitations.

Thank you for our bookcase which as well as being a beautiful object is extremely capacious (it has absorbed the clutter that was starting to overwhelm us!) and functional as it serves as an effective room divider.
