Things that should be made out of wood, made in the way that wooden things should be made. I am a Leicester based furniture designer-maker. Working with clients I design and make one off pieces - furniture to fit tricky spaces, to answer particular needs, to create heirlooms and to replace mass produced items that 'did the job at the time'. I have done work for SPAB (Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings) and Leicester Cathedral.
I have had my work exhibited at Leicester New Walk museum and at Ferrers gallery. One of the joys of bespoke work is that I have made all sorts of things that I wouldn't have dreamed of until someone wondered if I could.

Starts with me visiting you at home.
We discuss what you want; where you want it; what you want it to do; what you want it to look like and anything else that comes up.
I model everything in cad and send you a design.
This is to scale, and because it's a 'model' I can show you any angle and zoom in for detail etc.
I then make any changes or adjustments until you are happy.
