Dan Burrough
In a previous life Dan had a successful career working as a production carpenter, automations engineer and props maker for various west end theatres and television companies in the mid-eighties and nineties. Retraining and graduating from Rycotewood College in 1999, Dan was able to fulfil his true ambition to design and make furniture. For the past 20 years Dan has been running his own, busy, cabinet making and joinery business in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside.

Dan works closely with his clients to create fresh, elegant, clean lined originals. His aim is to produce pieces that are personal and sensitive to both his clients and their environment. Working with sustainable and contemporary materials Dan designs and makes beautiful, striking and exclusive work, from one off pieces of furniture, bespoke kitchens and bathrooms and fitted joinery.

All work is lovingly handmade and finished in house, combining traditional techniques, modern technology and innovative design. Dan is a regular exhibitor at the inspired exhibition in Bristol and is currently a trustee of the Veronica Stewarts Arts Trust.
