Often found at the back of the workshop, head down working away, Shaun is the perfect partner to Annie's artistic flair. His engineering background makes sure that not only does the furniture we create have heart and soul, it also is strong and incredibly well built. He always goes the extra mile to make sure the smallest detail has been (hand)made to the very best standard.

You now couldn't find a more peaceful man if you tried! After escaping office life and hitting 40, I realised that I had waited long enough to pursue my dream. Initially finding an incredible ramshakle workshop was the perfect place to unleash my pent up creative mind.

All of our toy boxes are made with reclaimed wood lids, each one unique and beautiful, revealing the true character of the wood's life, celebrating it's history and breathing new life into it.
You can choose from a hand cut star or heart in the lid, or we are happy to discuss your ideas.
The bases are created from new wood, with traditional joinery techniques and are made strong enough to withstand the bumps and bangs of childhood.
They are painted the colour of your choice and personalised with or name or simple wording.

My 3 year old decided to climb and jump on it and broke his lid.
Annie and Shaun were really helpful came and collected it and repaired it then returned to re fit it in the snow and ice.
