Anne Sewell Furniture Design
Anne Sewell Design was founded in 2001 specialising in the design and development of cabinet furniture for the middle, volume sector of the retail market. With over 20 years of design and sourcing experience, I believe that good well thought through design, can greatly enhance a products success within all sectors of the marketplace. No longer are high end brands, with the price tags to match, the only way to own timeless design.

By marrying an aspirational look, attention to detail, with quality global manufacturing; I can deliver commercial collections with lasting appeal and a competitive edge. I believe in working closely with my clients so that I can really understand their vision of what they want their company to offer. With this in mind, I can then work with them, realising their ideas and unique requirements while incorporating my own expertise in all stages of the creative and development process.

I have worked with a wide variety of well known high street brands, as well as designing for manufacturers and wholesalers who specialize in supplying independent retailers.
Services
Projects were either undertaken direct with the client or in collaboration with my wholesale partners.
This statement design displays a quiet modernity, employing a contemporary craft sensibility.
Manufactured from solid and veneered oak, its design quietly references the British Mid-Century Modern.
Archie Bedroom is a playful design, featuring soft curves and gentle radius edges.
Its hero piece is a cabin bed.
Other items include a chest of drawers, a bookshelf and a desk can either be used within the bed or as stand alone pieces.
Always striving for beautifully designed, best selling collections, great care is taken in all stages of the design process.
I regularly visit high street and independent stores, observing current trends, reviewing their offer and noting price points.
Understanding what's going on in the home market is essential before starting a design project.
After a brief has been agreed, a selection of images, material suggestions & colour pallets are gathered.
They are then assembled in the form of mood boards.
