We were highly impressed with every aspect of our purchase. Mike and Sarah were exceptionally polite, helpful, and informative. Mike's home visit for measurements and a quote was outstanding; his extensive knowledge and helpful advice were invaluable and never pushy. Grays offers an excellent range of designs and colors, and the quality of their products is superb. The fitters did an outstanding job, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.
