Delivery can be expected within 3 working days approximately, unless a different day is arranged by the customer.
Both types of courier delivery will require a signature, and to keep delivery costs as low as possible, When Furniture is delivered, the Pallet and all the Packaging will be left with the customer, unless by private arrangement with the Delivery Driver.
In the unlikely event of there being any damage to any Item, please notify us within 24hrs of delivery, and if possible, email a photo or two of the damage.
